CBJ is a deal-breaker for me -- I won't see a provider who will only go CBJ. It's a prime indicator that she's not going to provide what is, for me, the classic Girl Friend Experience -- kissing, 3BJ, and DATY. For me personally, I prefer a BBBJ, but a CBJ is not a deal breaker for me like it is for many. To answer your question, yes it matters.  

TER scoring:  I believed the max a CBJ provider can receive in performance is a 7....unless she offers greek then the max is an 8, considering she kisses.  I'd say the majority of mongers are looking for BBBJ and will skim scores (which indicate service menus) to see higher scores.  There are the exceptional mongers who prefer CBJ and will ask for the cover.

Is it a deal breaker? Yes and No.  By that I mean looks definitely factor into going with a provider that only offers CBJ.  A couple of other things factor into my decision.  If there is a provider comparable to the CBJ only provider that offers BBBJ at around the same price, then I'm going with the BBBJ provider.  If CBJ provider is top notch in the looks department and nothing else is available, then I may choose her, but I'm searching hard before committing.  A no-go is a CBJ only provider charging BBBJ prices.
