Question for providers regarding sexual drive

There was a recent study conducted by Psychology Today---the results showed that men had an average of 34.2 sexual thoughts a day (between 1-2 thoughts an hour) while women had roughly 18.9 sexual thoughts per day. These results seem to "confirm", if you will, life in the "civvy" world where men still are perceived as the the "hornier" sex. However, as we know the hobby world is a different universe altogether! My question for the providers is---did your sexual drive play a part in choosing this line of work? Obviously the financial rewards and flexibility are the primary draws but did your desire to have a consistent and varied sex life also factor in? If so, how important is that aspect to you?

Forgive me if this has already been discussed---or if the question seems self-evident. I'm just curious as to how much sex is just a "job" to a provider as opposed to it being an enjoyable benefit!!

I recently had the pleasure of being with a provider who now posts her age as 66.  After DATY and her saying "Wow, I needed that", I commented on wet she was.  She said she took hormones "so that I am in the mood to fuck".

To be more responsive to your question:  There is only one provider out of the 70+ I have seen for whom a varied sex life seemed to be the motivation.  She told me that she informed both her to-be husband and her mother that she would not be monogamous.  She advertised in the local "rags" before the internet was invented.

Will be curious to see how this question is addressed.  I am a newbie and love to learn.

I've always been active and comfortable with my sensuality. I think providing has been a good outlet for that. Don't think I would have started if I didn't or were sex-negative.

I'm curious as to what counts as 1.0 sexual thought. Does thinking about it for 12 hours straight count as one? :)

I'm with you on that..high sex drive was not really my main reason to get into this field.. the pay and flexibility was a key factor....note that I do love what I do or else I wouldn't do it..who doesn't love sex?but I have a normal sex drive I think, not unusually high...maybe a bit kinkier than most is all 😁
But in terms of thought I probably think about sex more than the average girl because of this work...

As providers, we are obviously subject to different societal rules and biological factors, so distinct from other women in the world that we might as well be considered our own separate species...

Now it is really obvious regarding your posts here.  I had hoped you were just putting an act on, but it's now clear that you are one of those types of people who hates what they do.  And I doubt it's just related to SW.

I hope you find some peace in life somewhere.  It is painful to read posts from others who are so clearly in pain.

I will pray for you.

That's kinda sad. It sucks to be trapped in something you hate.

Is it a question of the clients you attract? Your market maybe? or possibly advertising in places that draw LE attention?

There is a number of things you can do to turn things around.

Best to you.

I never mentioned I hated my job. I love my job. I love the money. I do it consciously and with free will. It is not the only thing I do. So because I  mentioned it has nothing to do with my sex drive you ASSumed I hated it...that is what is really sad.

You two and any others who feel the same way really know absolutely nothing about me other than I despise assholes, have very clear boundaries, stick to my own code and do not suffer idiots. That is what you read on here and the fact that I counter pretty much any absurd and mean attack on hookers.

In addition Gypsie above also mentioned that she got into this for the money and not her sex drive....does she hate her job too?
