I have to guess that 99% of the time these are scams to try and steal money.

Did you ever get those pop ups when surfing porn that say the FBI has caught you and to immediately send a Money Pack for $500 to the email on the pop up?  Priceless stuff.

A couple weeks ago I had a text sent to my hobby phone from this website above I had never heard of saying that seething negative was posted about me and contained my personal info and I should respond.  I logged onto it and did all kinds of searches for my phone #, first and last hobby names, first and last real names, TER and p411 handles and came up with nothing.  Google searches came up with the same (nada).  I wrote back to the text to say I saw nothing and never got a response.  I still see nothing.

What was that about.  It happened to occur at the same time a review of mine was approved, but it was a great review with top marks and no real negatives that applied to the lady.

I'm puzzled.  Anyone with a similar experience?  I'm aliasing for now to maximize privacy but I will say I'm a long standing TER member with many reviews.

I understand there are attempts at shakedowns if you ever buy ED drugs from those foreign places.  I get 'missed calls' all the time from guys who never leave messages.  I never call back.  What I don't like is I ordered said drugs using a hobby green dot card.  I had to use my real name to open that account.  So now I get spam emails all the time with my real name sent to my hobby address.  A little nerve racking.

After all, you went there, and probably a bunch of other people from TER have now checked it out, so it is working. Then they can increase their ad rates.

Or maybe they are just idiots with a very flawed system. I would not worry much.
