What has been your worst experience with a provider?  One that can only be called TOFTT.....

kind like playing roulette..you got a one in 36 chance of hitting a winner..it happens..most times you bust or get busted..

when all you had were classified ads and you took your chances on whoever would pick up the phone.

The worst was a gal who took phone calls while trying to give me a blow job, if you can believe that.  Talk about multi-tasking.

Since using TER and reading reviews, I haven't had any terrible experiences.  The worst I can say is that I haven't clicked with some gals, but that's to be expected.

If a woman has represented herself well, has a valid website and has shown an effort to be part of the industry... why wouldn't you book with her? Especially if you are interested after reaching out to her and your correspondence w her is on some kind of connection level.....then what exactly is the problem? Book with her. Period.  

Extended motel wasn't bad place. got to room asked if  I could take a shower. She said that was a little personal to use her shower, ok I thought that was weird but what the hell, Got undressed she started playing with Mr happy phone rang an rang an rang she was making date's  Mr happy wasn't getting very happy. Then she got mad at me saying I didn't like her. Told me time was up, only been there 15 minutes. I asked for money back that was bad idea, she was screaming when I was at elevator. No more backpage ever.

TER for the most part is a reference library.
You come in and get information on a potential date. Some people may not be inclined to be adventurous and take chances on an unknown. They would like a good time with a known reliable provider. So reviews are important, sharing details and back channel communications.

I could never understand what goes thru the mind of a hobbyist and hobbyist could never understand what goes through the mind of a provider. Therefore in conclusion no one has any right or any authority to tell the other what to do or feel or think or how to run their business or how to hobby.

Last time I checked this was a public board for all men and women. If this was a man only site then they shouldnt allow providers on here...period. It's too bad a few can think that they can run others off simply because those select few feel they are deemed right because of their time here to bully others who attempt to come on just have a conversation and I'm not speaking of myself. Simply because others have differing opinions and viewpoints doesn't make them less than the suppose Kings of Terland. What they simply don't understand is it's ridiculous childish and immature act like adults its a public board for grownups... at least I thought it was. Whether its a fuck board or not... carry yourself with a little bit of dignity... you'd be amazed how far that goes in mankind.

Everyone has a right to an opinion here and at the moment they believe in TOFTT and there is history for this concept and when you drop some hard earned cash on flakes and drama queens you will too.

You might find a new ATF, or you might find your ass in handcuffs or hassled by some pimp. Sounds fun!!

That's a great analogy. Though you can be taken by even the most established of providers or hobbyists, it's generally easier to ruin someone who has a reputation they need to stay in this business. With an unknown, how are you going to have any type of recourse? They have no reviews, no website, no way to track them down. They can change their name, number, and email in 3 min. and put up another BP ad in a new city, and start all over again. That is almost impossible for someone who worked for the past 5 years, to do. They will be blackballed.

While I don't do it (too cautious), it's fair to keep in mind that if nobody ever did it, neither you or any other provider would ever get started in this business.  Didn't anybody TOFTT with you in the beginning?  I know you say you don't like reviews (and I do get why girls don't.  there is much to be criticized about the system), it is a lot better than the old way. I know this because I was around then.
I know there are girls who are totally UTR and that works for them.  Some are represented by agencies.  But for most girls, the standard way works just fine and the first few guys who TOFTTed with them and reviewed them helped them get started.

Well, yes.  But what you're ignoring is that this is a public board where the sharing of opinions on this entire subject is precisely the purpose of the board.  So, if you come here and express an opinion, you really can't complain when people react to what you say, and assert they don't have "the right and authority" to do so. For example, in your thread above on man-haters.  I really have no idea what your agenda is here; stirring shit up, filling in down time when you're bored, who knows?  If so, you're not the only one.  I'll plead guilty to that, too. But your responses are all over the map, you're reactive and often seem thin-skinned.  The most egregious example was the other day against Gambler's innocuous post.  Your response to that was you didn't like him and he was not welcome to post on your thread.  I hope you can grasp that such a position is ludicrous on its face. So people (mainly guys) flame you.  Then you fame back.  I usually stay out of it because it's pretty predictable.
But it's worth asking yourself, what's your purpose here?  If it's only passing the time, fine.  It surely can't be part of a marketing plan to attract new clients.

Two terrible ones come to mind.

Both the girls had good reviews.

First was I arrived at a really seedy apartment and should have bailed then.  Went into a disgustingly dirty, messy place.  I could tell the girl was on serious drugs and was not clean.  Started talking jibberish with something about her boyfriend mixed in and I gave her a couple 20's and got the hell out of there.

The other was I had an appointment scheduled and got a call saying she could not make it but her "hot" roommate was available.  Went to the location and a unattractive lady in her 60's or maybe older opened the door.  Went in and asked here where the girl I was here to see was and she said "It's me and I'll take good care of you".  I told here she was described to me as being a hot MILF in her 40's and this was not going to work for me and I bailed.

Pre-internet I only did it a few times and the one that was not a downright ripoff was a close the door and say no thank you she was so unattractive and obviously hammered on something.

I just did a little study of my reviews.

And many many many men not on TER.

This is just comical now you guys gotta be kidding me. You're reaching for straws. But please by all means explain not how does not finding Mr Right in P4P at all a man hating comment are you serious... I am completely baffled I suggest you go buy a clue for a thousand.

No because I don't try new, unreviewed ladies all the time, but because I don't write reviews, thus I am TOFM (taking one for myself) rather than TOFFT, yeah I am a selfish prick aren't I??? lol

I will confess that sans any reviews to go by, a continuous board presence under the same handle for a period of time goes a long ways towards making me feel comfortable that a lady will not be a complete B&S or ROB. Just like my board handle goes a long ways towards showing I have something to lose by being a complete jackass in person, even though I have never written a review in my life.

Now the same goes in reverse as well, lets take our favorite new whipping girl Taylor, after reading her posts any desire I might have ever had to see her (very little to begin with) have dried up completely, I would never book with her under any circumstances, I am positive we would not get along in person any more than we do on the board. On the other side of that coin is London, arguably a much bigger bithc than Taylor but I would love to see her because of her board personality, and quite frankly I like bitches, they add life to the party IMO, especially ones that don't take things and themselves so damned seriously.

That's where being tight with the pimps comes in.

A real TOFTT is one with no reviews.  Nada, nothing.  You roll the dice and go.  Just as nervous as seeing 1 with reviews. Call me lucky but have not had a terrible experience, maybe not great but not terrible. MS Taylor  now I know why there is such a roar against you.

worst of all I really liked her otherwise, would have totally become a regular. I guess she preferred 200$ more that day than a guaranteed return of a polite/respectful costumer. So long
