I was going to post the link to her reviews but could not, and still cannot use TER search to find her reviews. I tried her phone, name and email. She does have reviews at:
http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?ID=155969

At one point in her ad, she did mis-spell her name, but even when I tried the spelling from her ad it did not work. I did find that if I use Savannah Smiles, or Smiles, it works, but it does not work is I use just Savannah (it finds other Savannah's but not her).

Anyway, seems like there is something funky in the TER search algorithms, whether it is an SQL query or they're using some form of regular expressions, or both.
