Thugs, robbers, and the law.

Huuuuuuuuum??

I read reviews.

no legal background--if government can steel your property based upon a belief (you have too much cash...must be into money laundering and selling drugs....prove otherwise without legal help), and no ability to pay for $$$$$$ adequate protection, I simply hope they are busy filling jails with other people destroying our society more than I do. :-))

*I know its beating a dead horse but...
It's always funny when a provider post something like "by contacting me you agree that your not affiliated with any law enforcement" which usually translates into "I have no idea what I'm doing or how the law works"
This business isn't covert The exposure level is high and hornyness or greed can cloud judgment The only possible saving grace is that the law needs to catch us in the act which means there are telltale signs that distinguish a cop from a fun loving enthusiast
Personally I never hand anyone money and never discuss anything sexual until boobs are out  

What about you? Any particular defenses or red flags you use?

well, never ending topic, right? i guess it gives them some sort of security feeling, but - tbh - it's just a bullshit. there's no LE who would say "oh, ok, you won't go to jail, i just noticed you had a disclaimer on your site". lol

You're giving out bs information that could get a newbie into trouble. No honey, the law does not have to 'CATCH' you in the act lol. You can be arrested just for showing up because of the intent laws, which is why so many of us refuse to screen a guy over a damn public meeting...that's not screening, it's utter stupidity.  

From all the busts I have seen and read about, rarely are the two in the act of anything, money is rarely even exchanged, and the clothes are on. You are cuffed the MINUTE you walk through the damn door. Again, go back to the Newbie Board. I have both cops and judges in my immediate family, so you're clueless about how this really works. Oh, and you don't see that dumb ass disclaimer on my ads or website, because I already know how useless that is.

And obviously they haven't read about the cops who have gotten naked and still made the bust. He's naive beyond belief in thinking seeing boobs means he's safe. And you are right, you will most likely be cuffed as soon as the door closes. The police don't care, they are there to make the arrest.

Some newbies believe everything they see in print, no matter how stupid the advice is, and trust me, your advice is well past moronic, and downright dangerous if someone were to take it to heart.

No, or very few reviews by experienced clients, any attempt to discus sex or money in any communication before you are BCD, and of course, the donut crumbs on their uniform.

Also, while an arrest for a misdemeanor (And remember some places like Chicago, it's a felony now.) require being caught in the act; there is still a chance that some gal could flip and work with LE, name you, LE gets a bench warrant, and they show up at your house to take you away.

So, do not over rely on that.

There are all sorts of laws & regulations.  
Some states require licenses for businesses, massage providers, escorting, building code regulations.  In some cases one might be arrested for just showing up.  In others, it might require the offer of sex for money or other consideration of value.  
One can NOT generalize about the legalities over a broad geography & varying circumstances.  In a few limited locations there might be a protective value in such a disclaimer, which is worthless in the majority of the civilized world.  Cops in those few jurisdictions know the legal fine points backward & forward...  and will get the other person in the room to say the magic words "sex for money" or might even 'misunderstand' the words which were said (good luck with proving that in court).  
If you are in the same room with an undercover LEO, the odds are you are not walking out of there without chrome bracelets.  
Yes, I research before booking an appointment, starting here on TER.  Yes, you NEED VIP to help your research.  
I avoid being in the same room with undercover LEOs.
I know there is no practical protection in disclaimers or LEO checks.  

This has been extensively discussed n the legal board.

Yes, but the fact still remains that cops can do wtf they want, and you can go whine about it AFTERWARDS. There was a lady in MN who was surprised by a damn swat team for a misdemeanor...laws have nothing to do with it, when someone wants to bust you. She was arrested, mug shot, and dragged out of her incall in front of everyone. It's a bit late to go yapping about the law after you've made the mistake of trusting someone who set you up. Tell it to the judge.
