If its not your thing, be happy she was honest and told you. Many providers still see people while on their period. Are you wondering if she was using it as an excuse to get out of the appointment? Could be possible. But at least she told you she couldn't meet. Most women with a brain know when that time of the month will be. I am never surprised.
I work less than 10 days a month, so my period week is never an issue to just take off. Like Sidney said, at least she did not try and trick you by shoving a sponge up there, and pretending "it just started" lol. Many providers are guilty of that, which is rather gross.
I have knocked out a few of those sponges. The ladies tries to play it off like there period just came on.
but the hits just keep on coming. I would never lie to a guy saying I was not on my period, than let him fk me, much less go down on me.

Theres no way I could get away with working during my period (just to heavy), not to mention I'm irregular and have on occasion come on twice in one month. They've been a real nightmare since I started in this industry and I've tried all kinds of contraceptives to stop them, but nothings worked. I'm currently on the NHS waiting list to have my womb cauterised, so hopefully that'll work, otherwise my only other option is a hysterectomy, and I really don't fancy that.
I cant predict mine, it comes 15 days early some months, i even had a time i didnt get it at all when i was 18 for almost a year. I was also underweight at that time and that may be why. anyhoo. not every one can predict thier cycle. with or with out a brain, depnding on if your trying a new diet or dieting or excercise and stress can be a factor. for me I have gotten it with no pms warning weeks early before.
Would have been the perfect time to ask if she will offer you Greek.
Mother Nature has her own screening method..and i never mess with it..

From my experience most of us know when we are going to be getting a visit from good old mother nature, but that's not always the case as it looks like you just experienced. I've had that happen to me more times than I'd like to count, I know some girls who just offer b&g (blow n go's) for that time, but I'm the type of girl who needs to tap out, have some time to myself, and come back in a few days ready to take on the world.
It's a very valid excuse, if she's been on your radar that long I'd try to schedule as soon as she's able to work again and your able to meet with her. I'd appreciate her honesty as it's always difficult for a girl to be honest and up front about such an unsexy subject. I hate having to announce that, and I've had to cancel appointments that I've had scheduled with other girls because they had their "aunt flo" come and visit unexpectedly as well. We are cursed with that visitor for the majority of our lives, and not only is it an inconvenience for you, but it's an even bigger pain in the ass for us, believe that!!
Hope you can eventually experience what you've been patiently waiting for....and I'm curious to know, if she's been on your radar for a year....why haven't you scheduled with her sooner?

Why are people so dense?
Both with civilian and providers. Generally, a good experience. If she cleans well and then either sticks a diaphragm up there or a tampon (the string can be little annoying LOL!). Can be best relief for cramps and more intense coming for her.
Kudos for her for telling you. Some providers would use a sponge and never tell you.
Once I saw the string. She fluffed it off, like oh yeh, btw I have my period. Ick.
Last time I was with my ATF, I saw a few small blood stains on the sheets after she left.
Ladies, most/many guys are grossed out by the thought of fucking a woman who has her period. Just be up front about it, especially if you want return business.
I have always been intrigued by the whole cycle of a woman. Not only do I not mind in the least if she's bleeding, it is almost like a deeper level of sacred trust when some lady I KNOW already, allows it!
My ATF, knowing this, gives it to me for my birthday every year, and we leave the room looking like a murder scene.
