At what point should a hobbiest leave?sad_smile

If it appears obvious that a situation is not right or you are not happy with it, at what point do you pick up and leave?  For example, on Friday I went to see a provider and asked, point blank, over the phone if she had any problems with my being (for want of a better word) fat.  Ran into that problem before and it is nothing I want to repeat.  She told me no so I went ahead and made the appointment.  The situation was safe, a typical airport cookie cutter hotel, so after being told to wait in the parking lot since she needed to get to the hotel (that probably should have been my first clue) I went to her room and had one of the worst sessions I have ever had.  Now the question is, when I first went into her room and saw that this did not feel right, was I obligated in any way to her.  Should I have just said sorry and left?  Did I have any reaponsibility, financially to her?  Not sure and would like some guidance on this, since this will probably happen again over the years to come.

Mm,
I've also had experiences where my sense at the start was "no chemistry", for what ever reason.  I've not been sharp enough to cut it off before dropping the donation...  although it's not gotten better, I guess we all hope that it will.
You have the right to leave at any time. (We're not held hostage nor are they, that would be kidnapping)...  but you don't get the donation back, once given.
Some have offered a lady a small stipend for her trouble if they walk.
My question is if the lady rented the room just for your visit, then I would feel responsible for covering the cost...

Anybody can leave at any point if something is not going right.  Depends on the situation, but if it was a chemistry issue (without any fault on her part), it'd be a right thing for you to offer some money so she can cover her cost.
