I know a lot of providers use an assistant or booker, since responding to clients can take a lot of time. I am dealing with one now. It looks like she checks and responds to emails maybe 2-3 times a day, and she is spending very little time doinf so. I say this because I have responded a couple of times right after she sent me a question. Usually, there isn't a lot of back and forth. But in this case there has been, as we are trying to find a good day and time. Everytime I write her, it seems to take 6 hours or more before she writes back, even if I respond instantly. And, this is after I have cleared screning and have provided all details for scheduling.

the provider is also the assistant.  They think it makes them look more important to have an "assistant".  The 6-hour gaps in communication are because they still have customers to see throughout the day.  When you think they have an assistant, doesn't it make you want to see her even more?  That's the point.

When I contact any girl, I give her many options for date and time for exactly this reason. I will just tell her to pick the one that works best for her and that greatly cuts down on all the back and forth.

I actually like working with assistants, especially when the provider has an incredibly busy life and could only respond once every few days if she didn't have the assistant.

Best of both worlds is when the provider handles her own emails and checks them and responds multiple times per day but that always isn't possible.

There are a group of girls in Vegas that seem to use the same assistant. Whoever they use is really good. I’ve come across others that are slow to respond. It just seems to vary.

My schedule is a bit tougher, so I often have a preferred date and time. I don't want her to choose what works best for her if she is available for what works best for me. If she isn't available, I'm fine with the back and forth. I have done it before, but I have never had one lag as much as this one. My last email was last night, and it's 4:30pm and nothing. Honestly, it would make more sense if is was her and she was caught up with a booking. I would think the reason why one would use an assistant is both to help with the time commitment and because they can be more available to answer emails when the provider might be busy.

Never. Having an assistant is a luxury I could never afford because I don’t trust anyone, but me to have my best interests & safety in right mind. Sorry not sorry. I love to do my own chemistry checks.

I guess that person is "Ok" now. At the beginning when dealing with her my sessions went pretty good. The girls were on time and there was never a problem...then.  
Then there was the Mia Chase incident (I can say her name now, can't I?). I had seen Mia before so on my second planned date, the booker cancels on me while I was landing. But looking back, she didn't NCNS me, which she could have. And she didn't cancel on me last minute, so I guess it could have been worse,

If so, I remember them and booked with a couple of them back around 2015. They were hot and the older gals didn't like them.

Girls were hot, mostly blonde. Still are.
I became cool with someone affiliated with them, I never knew what his deal was. But she was in on the group, in some way

she was a hot brunette who called herself Demi Drake. One of the best I've ever been with. Met her at a M&G my friends and I ran at the Mandalay Bay. She must have delisted because my review of her disappeared.

I've dealt with some amazing assistants. "Miss Betty" stands out and has a bunch of women she helps out.  

5'7" tone legs and a simply gorgeous woman. Rated her a 10 on looks. Yeah, my review of her is gone as well.  
Yeah, she was one of the few brunette there.

I last heard from her via text around ten years ago while I was in Costa Rica. I hope she's well. What a hottie.

I understand where Robert is coming from, giving someone a range of options can help give them flexibility if they are busy. However I've also come across providers who prefer you to be specific and direct. I tend to say "I want to see you at X time and Y place but have other options etc." I rarely have any issue getting my preferred date and time, but sometimes there is a brief back and forth. Personally I think providers, and women in general, prefer men to be direct and decisive in certain aspects while maintaining some flexibility. That being said, it sounds like you are just having an issue with a specific provider. As CDL pointed out some people fake having an assistant. This assistant could also be bad at their job. Either way if you really want to see a provider sometimes you just have to be patient. One time it took me months to book a certain provider. It ended up being one of the better times of my life.

So, 24 hours after my last email about availability, she finally wrote and confirmed my requested date/time worked. But she also had a question, which I answered right away and it requires more follow-up from me, but I need her to respond first before I can do anything. It's almost been another 24 hours.

Whoever you are dealing with doesn't sound like a good assistant.
