This is a discussion that has been rehashed over and over but I just wanted to give my .02 on these terms.

By work ethic I mean for most people it is very difficult to maintain that level of thinness.  It is not saying that anyone who has another body type is "lazy" or has no work ethic.

For example, to have a visa lie 6-pack for a guy it takes a rather strict diet and regular intense cardio. It does not happen overnight and you have to work to maintain it.  Same with muscle bulk.
