Okay, is it just me, or is that Jessica Biel on the TER hompage?

The one with just the headshot to the left of the page, hair pulled back, light blue background, and face kind of finishing a turn to the right to look right at the camera with her face posed above her right shoulder.

I know it probably isn't...I mean, the legal on that would be a bitch...but if it isn't, anyone know who it is?  Rrroowwlll!!!
