I think this is OK to post because it's not about a hobbyist per se, and besides the guy is dead, so it's not like he'll be embarrassed, but still and all, if we were to all follow suit, how many obituaries would you need to account for all your favorites?

Fiberglass is pretty bad also we just don't have proof or the mandates asbestos does. If you ever have to work with fiberglass least where a mask and avoid as much as possible.
