Is there a time of the year when more college girls might enter enter the biz?

In Boston the influx comes at the start of the fall semester. I imagine this would be similar in other areas with a large collegiate population.

It seems to me that college girls rarely enter the business. 95% of those ads that say they are college girls are lying.

To make an assumption that there is a time, when college(is that right Makwa?)providers are more readily available would be presumtuous.
You may be correct to assume it would occur during academic hiatus however. Some girls get bored at xmas break. Some consider it while on spring break.
I would venture a guess that most entertain the idea during times of economic stress. I did.

I'd actually say it is moreso in the Spring. They've gotten Autumn out of the way, perhaps didn't get the grades they needed and now their parents are cutting back on their allowance. Or, they want to save up for that trip to Europe for the summer and need to make extra income.

Either way, you are more likely to find girls that are seniors entering the industry. If they are independent and doing things on their own, student loans have piled up, they are most likely working full-time jobs and desperately attempting to graduate before they burn out. What better idea than to find a profession that requires fewer hours and allows them to pursue their academic interests. I wish I had discovered this field far sooner!

College girls enter the business every business day of the year.

Why? Why else for the money. She may not have all the preppy clothes and stuff that other rich girls have who their parents are footing the bill.

But, at $400/hr they can go to all manner of events and be dressed to the nines, not to mention have tuition and books paid for in a hurry.

You are 100% correct though about 95% of ads. That's because they are agencies or worse rip-off agencies (can you say Vegas?).

BTW, long be for someone coined it "hobby" it was called "the game". lol

i don't consider my degree useless. Knowledge is a great tool and weapon. I'm offended that you think women should just resign themselves to being whores simply because of an uncomplimentary economy.

They get put in the real world and wonder why they can't get a job.

Then they look to the government to help them since they can't pay the large student loans they got.

We should be teaching kids survival economics while they are still in highschool.

And we'll hear from Washington that the problem is we need more student loans.

Ah well, can't complain too much. It gives us a good supply of women for the hobby.

Oh to be young again and hanging out with the Arts Major coeds. We engineers may be geeky, but we knew how to handle money.

A provider I saw last week had a degree in Bulgarian literature. You think that's marketable? :)

And you're reading too much into my comment. I never said anyone should resign themselves to anything.

Some of the brightest and best providers I've been with were students.  One date a week made more than 20 hrs flippin' burgers and gave them more study time.

For me, I entered the "biz" in the Winter of last year.

If anyone has lived in Ohio (or close to it) Winter is the absolute worst time for cars due to accidents, icy roads and snow snow snow! Anyways, after paying for my 3rd term of tuition my car completely broke down! Leaving me jobless (and with little money) for a moment.

I did a large amount of research. (Hey, I'm a Communications/JMC major) and started with an agency.

When I first talked to them (or him, rather)they asked me all sorts of personal questions about myself.

By the time my first appointment (outcall) came about, I politely mentioned I would have to go back to my dorm to change. He nearly screamed!  "Dorm, you're in college?!"

"Yes" I said.

Every since then I've been coined a College Coed from Ohio.  I honestly never knew being a college girl was such a big deal until I started becoming a companion.

I personally did use a large majority to go towards my college tuition, car and books.

My parents support me, but would rather I grow up independent than them feeding me money.

So that's my story.  In about a year I will have graduated.  What with my niche be then?

Night Folks :)
