Try to log in using classic TER and see if that makes a difference.

I did some searching but couldn't find any information on my issue. I have a vip membership but when I try to read my mail is says I can't because I only have a basic membership. I am on my blackberry so don't know if that is part of the problem. Anyone know anything about this?  Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. If I had one with me I would. Guess I will just have to wait until I get back home.

Contact Support...explain the Prob.  In a couple days it will be fixed.  You might even get a few VIP days comped for your trouble.  Let us know when it is fixed.
