The individual that caused me to start the previous thread *DID* give me permission to share the exchange. I was going to post it here but TER indicated that even with the individual's permission they are not going to allow it. It you would like to shoot me a message I will be more than happy to share as this individual did confirm several times they are OK with me sharing the exchange.
