Why use an agency? Lack of independents in a particular area, short notice appointment, a one phone call arrangement and verification.
I don't think agencies will ever be Edsels, why? Because the good ones will always get loyal return clientele, and the bad ones will always have a stream of clients either too lazy or too stupid to do the proper research.
