Rates, Photo, Bio.

Bio is the deciding factor for me.

I want photos that show her body clearly enough to determine if she is appealing to me.  I want to know if she has incall, what her rates are, and what she requires to make an appointment.  Anything I need beyond that I'll get from her reviews.

I dislike the " photoshop " glamor shots . Funny ,  the last lady I saw I actually found some old photos/posts by her on Backpage and they were just her in all her beauty . She was even more georgeous than her pictures . Keep 'em real !
Age - men like beautiful women not pretty girls. I probably would not see a lady under 30 - I am 45 .
Sure clothing can stimulate my process but who knows what she will wear on your date .
I am a breast man 100% . I am veiwing that as top of my list !  Accent what your mother gave you.

Hate websites that are difficult / time wise to load . Keep the graphics low so it runs fast .
The way you form your sentences tells me a lot about you . Its a sales pitch but I can spot class and intelligence with words alone.
Just be yourself and don't oversell the product means the date will be easier for me . You will also know that I chose YOU because you are honest and down to earth therefore a trait that puts me at ease.

...occasionally, when I'm communicating with a girl over something.  I like when you can get a gist of the girl's true personality.   A good mix of a professional site mixed in with splashes of her personality are traits I like and am sometimes envious of.   The high -class sites that ooze sophistication are cool too- but almost untouchable.  Oh, and, being a chick,- I eyeball the lingerie too.  .

Buuuut...  I hear most men don't want to peruse through toooo much.  Which is why I've tried to refrain from my own site being too lengthy.  I may even try to minimize it a bit more, soon.

I am excited to hear what others have to say on this topic.

Photos, photos, photos! - to echo the old real estate mantra about location.

Do not cheap out on the photos gals!  For God's sake, don't point your cell phone at yourself to save on a good photog.

After that, I appreciate a site that gives some useful information about yourself (Don't forget to tell us where you live! You'd be surprised at home many sites omit that salient detail.)  Rate information is a must, screening info and how to best contact you.

Give me that, and some print that I can read (Please no tiny pink print against a dark red background.) and I'm a happy camper.

Do
1) Have really good photos showing your body.  I don't care if the face is blurred or not completely shown.  As another poster said, the bigger the better.
2) Personally, I love to see lingerie and heels, but not exclusively.  Have a mix.
3) Include glamour shots but also some candids, so everyone gets what they need.
4) Display your rates clearly and simply.
5) Have a good calendar for the current and following month, showing where you'll be
6) Have a clear link to your reviews.  Don't bother using excerpts, we want to see the whole thing, not just the parts you prefer we see.
Don't
1) No music!  It's been said again and again.  Sure, there may be a few guys who like it but most of us don't, and it can be really embarassing in the workplace.
2) Please have clear and simple categories for photos, donation, etc., not a bunch of touchy-feely euphemisms.  We know it's P4P, not a poetry reading.
3) Tiny photos just frustrate us and piss us off.
4) We know you're a complex and unique person.  But you don't need to tell us that.  We'll find out if we get to know you personally.  Until then, try not to say too much.  Just show us how hot you are.

Fair or not, I believe a website is a direct reflection of the lady.  A crappy website makes me question the quality of time we may spend together.  Even if its one of the boiler plate websites it can be done very nice.

I want simplicity, but nice.  Make sure the high points (bio, rates, gallery) are readily accessible.  I want pics of sufficient quality that I feel I am making an informed decision. The bio and text should describe the person I will meet and give some insight into possible shared interests e.g., literature, hobbies, etc. And the rates must be displayed in clear terms.

1- Lots of photos. It need lots of photos, nudes not needed but I need to get a good idea of what you look like or I will not book. You need lots of angle, poses, and outfits for maximum effect. Photos need to be current, and of good quality. Please do not over photo shop them as they need to be a fair representative of you.

2- Ease of navigation. If a site is difficult to find what I am looking for I will just move on. A bad site is worse then no site at all. Also some use phones to browse so avoid to much flash content. Music that comes on by default is not a good idea.

3- Creativity. Cookie cutter sites are boring and show no personality. Joleneineugene had a very creative movie themed one that sold me, but she lived too far away and now is semi retired. I think she took it down. A great site is unique to the provider and shows her personality.

4- Professional. Current, well written, complete with all the information one would want in order book, and complete. If you are going to have a blog use it, same for a calendar or any other page. Please have rates, scheduled, links to reviews, location (home city and touring), basic bio information (sizes, age, etc.), contact information, and the like easy to find and up to date.

First, NO music.  I know we should not look at adult sites when anyone else is in earshot but MUSIC is the fastest way to get me to click off your site.  If you have video then I know what I'm clicking on...

Pictures...  need not be explict but should be good quality.  With digital, there is no excuse for inferior.   A blurred face is ok.  I respect your right to privacy...   Photos are your chance to draw me in...  or get me to pass if I do not find them appealing.  Make them real.  I don't feel they must be professional or costly...  take a lot and use the best.   If you can't do them alone, get help.  
The photos must be reasonable size to view.   A slide show that can be stopped is appealing.  
I MUST see a variety of pictures showing different angles to convince me THEY ARE REALLY YOU!   Too small, few, same photos used over & over in ads (makes me think that's all she's got, might be out of date or not her), poor quality (hard to see), If I feel your pictures are hiding something, I'm going to pass.  
I must be attracted to you.  

Price scale.  I know what my price range is.

Menu.   My desires on a given day may vary...   but I can get most of his from reviews.  

Reviews as a consistant quality GFE.  No scams of any kind...  I'm not going to risk my limited opportunities on someone who is hard to reach or any question of a good time.

Location...  an approximate area where you are located.

Yes, I'm a bastard, of course I am, all the clients are in this hobby...that said:

1)  Price per hour
2)  Requirements for dates (some providers require 90 minutes, 2 hours, or whatever on a first date, or give them 1, 2 references, or just require a specific screening compnay, whatever.)
3)  Verbiage on the page (does she sound like a high school drop out, or someone with a basic understanding of the English language?)
4)  Pictures
5)  Demographics (Age, Hair, Race, Eyes, Measurements, whatever else she puts on there.)
6)  Contact information

Clean, simple, proper info, easy to navigate, bio/mission statement, professional photos. I personally would never use a cell/candid shot selling a professional service. Enough info should be included so you dont get emails with a million questions on what you do, cost, look like, etc. You sell a service your website should give all the info needed to sell it.

Easy readable text and font styles. Ex: if the background is black you would use a light gray text color instead of glaring white. Hurts the eyes. it will bother some with eye issues. Large enough for eye issue visitors can read it. No all caps in titles or web page tabs.

Its worth every penny to hire a professional site builder, photographer, etc if you cant do it yourself. You will have a better scale of clients with a professional site.  Just dont have photo shopped to death photos.

And if you want to be found in a search in Google you must utilize proper SEO.

I think the video idea is great.
Victoria Jolie has some very nice videos on her site.

If email only is going to continue to be your method of contact then please check it regularly amd please respond promptly. It irritates the crap out of me when I get a response 3 or 4 days later that she is free. I also have to plan for an appointment.
Also an up to date calender for the upcumming couple of weeks would help.
