When I receive PM in TER, I typically used to get email notification on my email address. The option that enables this in checked in Account Manager.
For last couple of days, I am not getting that.. I opened a Problem Report with TER, and they informed that everything is OK on their side. Anyone else experiencing the same
My email messages are coming in hours late. I'll see a pm in messages, read it then about 2-3 hours later i get an email saying I have a pm. go back....nothing new in the pm
