Sounds more like she's clueless as opposed to LE. If she were LE she would have jumped all over your inquiry about her rate. They don't care how they get you to discuss rates/services - only that you DO discuss them. If she were LE, you already opened the door yourself on the phone.

A relatively new, unrated provider with a local # is posting only in CityVibe, a relatively little used resource in my locale. Her ad lists no donation guidelines but specifically references her "pussy". When I called her and asked about meeting, I also asked about the donation.  She said she would not discuss it until we met.  Beyond the purely impractical issues this creates, it occurred to me that it may also be an LE technique.  Any thoughts??

Too much time and manpower involved to get a few Johns to show up someplace, sometime and get busted.  but it HAS happened.

She just sounds totally clueless to me.  Like has been said, uncle LEO would jump at the chance to get you on tape talking money.....

LE would jump at a discussion of rates on the phone as it could easily recorded and used as evidence in court against you. I still would not she the lady as she is clueless and unprofessional. She also sounds like she is most likely an upseller. I never see a lady I can not screen one way or the other to make sure she is on the up and up and not LE or a robber. Bad things can happen to clients not just the ladies in this hobby.

Would you take a wad of cash to the meeting & then give her what ever she asks?  What if her rate is 500 or 1000...  How do you get out of there?  What if her pimp / boyfriend decides to cash you out?   At the very least, this is unprofessional.

I've dealt with providers like that. Don't sound like LE, but as others mention. someone's who's young and very dumb.  Save your self the trouble, and go see a well review Eros-Guide provider.........vs. one them fly by night backpage 60.00 for a quicky hoes.

it wasn't going to end well for you. The provider is either a rip off artist or may be police. Either way, you're screwed, and not in the way desired.
