Anyone have any experience or knowledge on the best lead time for Cialis.  Says it lasts 36 hours but is there an optimal lead time before kickoff?  1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours? Thanks!

I usually take it about one half hour before the meeting time and that is enough time for it to work on me.

Sure - don't take it unless you truly suffer from ED.  Otherwise you are just wasting your money

the effect lasts anything from 12-36 hours and takes 30mins-3hour to work.

It increases blood flow to the penis, whether you have ED or not. If you don't, you'll probably find that you get wood easier. Doesn't affect staying power, but you may get repeats better.

Side effects - commonly back ache & facial flushing. Made worse by alcohol.

I don't have ED and have been taking it for over 3 years (off and on) with nothing but positive feedback with it.  I take it to help improve recovery time in between rounds. Without it, my ability to pull off a second shot on goal in a 1 hour appt was about a 25% of the time (at best). With it, I'm successful about 95% of the time.
