Your post made me curious so I did a bit of research. This just seems like some BS. There are a handful of reddit posts about them, most of them seem like bots/sock puppet accounts. They have a YouTube channel with some ads that look like they were made with AI.  There wasn’t anything I could find on Fetlife either. They claim to be a high end club but their website seems cheap. Their membership costs are kind of outrageous too. I’ve also spent some time in the club scene and have never heard of them. I think its TGTBT.
