I am curious.  When a provider sees another provider (one who is travelling), do you pay the donation, or does it depend on if you are friends or know each other. This also begs the question how did you first meet?

I'd assume if a provider were soliciting another provider to service her, she'd know the drill and pay her as she would expect to be paid.
