No, as usual, you've said more than you should. Critique the review and/or the reviewer not the state the reviewer is from. There's crazies everywhere.

The first "word" should have been enough to disqualify. However, there seems to be some randomness in approving reviews (different people at different times?) Also, I think that the higher rated reviews (9s and 10s) get more scrutiny than a 6/3 review. For example to check if a 10 really included anal described in the review or if it is consistent with her performance score elsewhere, If anyone wants to bitch about seeing a a gal rated 6/3 and if it is consistent with her review history and not a troll review, they can just say "you were warned" and what did you think "barely worth the effort" or "okay if you are drunk" meant?

NOT commenting on the review itself, but at least Jenna has a fairly consistent review history (scores) going back two years!
