I contacted TER and told them what I wanted as an alias and they took care of it.

With the alias changes I have a few questions.  I tried looking for the answers, but I couldn't quite get the full answer to my questions.  So Thanks in advance.

1.  If I want to choose a whole new second (discussion board) alias, different from any of the ones I have used, can I do it now.   I had alias' that I used for fun, but they made no sense, they were for the current topic only.  So,,,, Can I go with a whole new second Alias?   Clear as mud

2.  Will all of my old comments under all the old alias' be consolidated to the new alias or will they retain the old alias.

3.  How soon do I need to choose this alias, either from my list or a new one if possible.  

4.  If I do not choose an alias,  will all new and old comments revert to my normal "rdon" alias.

This morning, I clicked on customer support and asked that all of my aliases be deleted.  This has since happened.  So now I am free to choose a new alias if I feel I need one.  Jury is still out on that.  I also went and checked past posts, all the previous aliases are still there.  So I think everything in the past will remain as such.  

Now in my case what to pick......hmmmmmn, may need some clever thought on that.....

as you might be onto something.

The way you are describing is that one can have unlimited aliases once again.  Just use your customer support request every few days or so and create a new alias.

1. If you already have  aliases , you can not create new one. But if you have very specific reason, why  you do not want to pick from your old ones, you can contact us, and we MIGHT delete the old ones, so you can create a new one.

2. Yes, old posts will be untouched and will continue showing old alias that was used at that time.

3.  6 months ((in case some users haven't logged in for some time)

4. Once post is made using any alias it will stay unchanged forever.
