Unlike very few forums I have been on, every post is moderated here and may or many not be allowed. Most of mine have been allowed although I have to wait a long time to find out. Some have apparently been rejected however because they just don't show up.

...goes through this. Go to the My TER page, look down the left of the page at the Quick Links list. Click the third one. My Message Boards. You'll see your posted subject lines and a reason why they didn't post if they were not allowed. If you don't understand the reason use Contact Us to ask Admin for an explanation.
Keep posting. Follow the rules. After a month or so contact Admin and ask to be unmoderated
