can be transcendent because her voice combined with the words are hard to describe. You have to hear it and experience the emotion.  Haunting and ethereal do a pretty good job however.

I can't pick just one, cuz sometimes sexy is playful, sometimes intense, and sometimes heartfelt.  So, here's my top five songs per category...

Portishead -  "Glory Box" (Beth Gibbons wrote this when she was 17, and she is just basically singing "I want to be fucked")

Meredith Brooks - "What Would Happen" (Fucking amazing song from a hit or miss artist, but this was seriously sexy...you felt her right there)

Dido - "Here With Me" (Haven't we all felt this way at one time or another?  Too stunned to get out of bed)

Sinead Lohan - "What Can Never Be" (So slight and gentle that it is like a lover on her last night before she moves away whispering in your ear)

Bingo!  I particularly like the classical selection.  Chamber winds and piano is great although I'm also a big Chicago Symphony fan.  Give me Bud Herseth back on principal trumpet, put Pictures at an Exhibition on the Martin Logans and I'm there all day long.

As an Indian (SOUTH ASIAN) woman, I love old classical Bollywood songs. The songs that are about love are pure poetry to my ears and  really tug at my soul and my panties too! LOL

In terms of English music, I love 80's stuff. Anything that is slow and sensual and has a beat that makes me want to sway my hips gets me into the mood anytime!
