When I was there in 2019; I was curious about the RLD. This statement above is true; if you're looking for GFE, look elsewhere. It's purely transactional. Every act was charged.
There is an Asian spot that is on the side streets of the RLD; I believe it's the edge of the RLD.
The closest I've gotten to GFE is a spot called Asmara; it's a bit of a distance from the RLD, but I think it's worth it.
