Has anyone tried this position?

So I suppose I'll just say yes and leave it at that. lol

It looks like a position that could lead to some unwanted surprises.

Holy crap. At my age it would be a broken hip or at the least leg cramps!!

Muscle cramps do tend to happen more readily for us older guys. I’ve found a way to greatly minimize them.  
I use Succeed S Caps. They’re an electrolyte replacement capsule. Endurance athletes use them to manage electrolyte depletion which can cause - you guessed it - muscle cramps.  
I just take two caps prior to the appointment. So far it’s worked every time I’ve remembered to take the capsules.  
It may or may not work as well for you. But it’s at least worth a try.

...and it cost him BILLIONS!
