Sometimes I Wonder What Some Providers Are Thinking.......

when they post "services" on their websites.  I mean, I know that Im new but isn't that provider just asking to be caught doing something wrong.  I recently saw an ad for an indy provider and she states that

I am a full service GFE escort and my full service rates include BBBJ CIM/Facial, DFK, DATY and anything esle you want to do.  Greek is extra.

I mean HELLO shouldnt she say "my rates are for time and companionship only ANYTHING else that happens is a result of a desision made by two adults which is not contracted for nor compensated for in any way shape or form."?

I mena in my opinion that is just an unsafe way to operate your business and for a hobbyist to contract her I feel like they don't really care about their wellbeing.

Am I wrong about this, I mean after all I am new.

PS For any hobbyist that would like the info on this provider I don't have it.  I saw it a few weeks ago and din't think about it again until I saw iwein's post below.

Usually they use the Services page of their site to list whether they do bachelor parties, cybersex or phonesex. Although I have seen pages such as you describe.

It does make you wonder.

Advertising illegal services is not on the Mensa scale, but those dumb-fuck disclaimers in lawyer language are a hoot too.
Prosecutors, judges, and juries laugh at those solemn declarations. A vix might as well say: I do not suck dick!
The last vix who said that to me, did. And quite well, I might add, for a rather long time, and swallowed she did, and then the fun began!

There is only comparative safety in being careful in many ways, and working in cities where there is little enforcement.

to play in cities where there is little enforcement, just as PorousGhost points out.

...I'd figure it was likely to be part of the ongoing LE sting to bust hobbyists.  Not for sure, but too high a probability to take the chance.

Of course it could just be a not terribly bright provider.  It would be interesting to know if she has any reviews by hobbyists who are known in our community.

It sounds more like a ploy to sting the men.

I'd stay far away from anyone that advertised in that manner.

I agree that the disclaimers in the long run won't mean a hill of beans when one gets down to the nitty gritty, even if a lady does not provide full service or advertises companionship.  I think the courts mindset (perverts-lol!) is that it is all about sex no matter what.

But, throwing caution to the wind is IMHO a very dumb thing to do also and think that kind of adverising does target a certain clientele.  For all we know that is exactly what she wants.

Think about it.  If you adverise that all you want is a good f!@#, then gents that want that will come calling.  To each his and/or her own.

is to get more clients by letting them know limitations or lack thereof before hand to cut down on confusion or just to get that knowledge out there especially if they don't have reviews and that does seem like a good idea (the letting clients know part).  HOWEVER, I really think they should rethink that, disclaimers or no disclaimers...advertising like that in a city where there is hardly any enforcement is cool but the internet is worldwide and could hurt them while traveling IMHO

Never underestimate the stupidity of some humans.  I guess some women are hookers, and want the world to know it!  Kudos to them for not mincing words...they are likely to do horribly in court, but with most likely subcenturian IQs, that possibility is the least of their long-term problems.  LOL

I mean we do what we're told, we march in straight lines, we expand the Empire of Rome, we speak Latin (which sounds remarkably like Italian for some reason I just can't wrap my mind around) we drink wine, we chase women. We're just everyday Joe's like anyone else.

Oh you meant below 100 like, IQ . . . uh . . . nevermind!
