Usually they use the Services page of their site to list whether they do bachelor parties, cybersex or phonesex. Although I have seen pages such as you describe.
Advertising illegal services is not on the Mensa scale, but those dumb-fuck disclaimers in lawyer language are a hoot too. Prosecutors, judges, and juries laugh at those solemn declarations. I agree that the disclaimers in the long run won't mean a hill of beans when one gets down to the nitty gritty, even if a lady does not provide full service or advertises companionship. I think the courts mindset (perverts-lol!) is that it is all about sex no matter what.
