What are the chances of having seen a transvestite unknowingly?  I think it's well-documented that people who go on sex tours in Thailand usually have had a high probability of seeing at least one male-turned-female.  Many guys will try to deny it and claim they can tell, but it's virtually impossible, especially with all the surgery that is available in Thailand, especially at dirt-rate prices.

So I wonder what about in America?  I was watching one of those Taxi Cab Confessions on HBO and there was one segment with an incredibly HOT girl, except she was formerly a man.  Her boyfriend didn't seem to mind, though.

But look at how many providers have reviews that conflict whether their breasts are fake or not.  And from what I've read, plastic surgery is pretty much state of the art in Thailand.

Just like you can get a lot of high-quality programming and other skilled labor for cheap from India... You can get ridiculously good plastic surgery from Thailand...

All over Thailand and boys turning into girls only means someone will exploit them and send them to the states. With technology, science, and medicine being what they are, I think you hit on something and if anyone's gonna fall for this crap, it's the great American male and his ego.
