For example, for $400, would you rather spend 2 hours with an average looking provider, or 1 hour with a hot provider? Assume all else is equal, attitude, service, etc. I always pick 2 hours, since hobbying is expensive and it's important I get my "bang for the buck".

It's a very personal choice.  I, for one, (usually) take my time, do research and make careful selections to choose the lady that best suits me.  As someone who can't get the little soldier to attention as long or quickly as he used to, a one hour date may be the choice.

200 an hour, 400 an hour. Not the issue for me. Yes, there is a price I cannot pay so I won't be seeing that lady. But I see who I want to see as long as I can come up with the price.
