not a newbie. but a new member. my posts are being moved to newbie board. what do I have to do to post here in general discussion national board?

hobbyists.  Maybe even more.  The posts that I moved, and I mod both boards, were moved for the following reasons:

Your question as to replying to the ad you quoted is more suited for answers from the newbie board, where not only will you get answers from long time hobbyists and providers who have gone to that particular board for the specific purpose of answering questions like that, but also where you could exercise your own research skills by searching for answers to like questions.  

Your post about the drama on the boards was done so that long time members could give you some guidance about board presence, board history, and how to broach subjects on the board as a newbie without posting history without sounding like a hypersensitive criticizing newcomer.

Also, the members who answer questions on the newbie boards know that they are supposed to be more reserved in their responses than on the other boards because that is where someone can show their ass without getting slammed too hard.  Even so, your criticizing of what you perceive to be undue drama still garnered some prickly responses - that should tell you something.

and helpfull information about the ter arrangements. i actually tried to message you about those firsts post but i found i dont have that feature yet i guess.

i had incorrectly assumed that a national board would have a much broader base of participants. im not one to troll for weeks and then craft my entry. like popeye "i am what i am and thats all that i am" it looks like this is a somewhat closed and protective group. im ok with that.

now i guess i should expect to be corrected on that opinion. lol.

oh boy NEWBIES here i come.

We are not allowed to terrorize the newbies.
We want them to purchase VIP and stick around a while,

the newbie board gives you a chance to get your feet wet, learn the ropes and in Some cases get
your additude in check.
This is not a closed board, or guarded...its just not the best place to ask the "newbie questions" thats why there are many different boards. Lots to learn and the newbie board is a great asset.

the regional boards on the drop down menu to the left.  Even there anyone can answer but is of more interest to the local area.
