I don't have issues with those that like to use it...as there are times that it can be useful.  Before the changes the alias feature was unlimited and was quite comical.

Now...with only one alias it has changed the dynamics considerably.

I did have a blast when CPA was banned a year or so ago...and then I created hundreds of "brown envelopes" and some had VIP with aliases.  But I usually gave away who I was in every post  LOL

My guess is you use an alias.  It might be your alter ego instead of shilling for the hookers...you attack them with the alias.  Could be...right?

I think that people use an alias name to protect their identity. Especially in this industry, there are some people that feel as if they need to protect their identity. However, if someone is engaging in some type of activity they don't necessairly want everyone to know about, then having an alias is the way to go. This is a very good question.

I participate on the boards for my own amusement. Career hobbyists are NOT currently, nor have ever been, my prefered clients. I'm an unrepentant individualist who refuses to be colonized. Using an alias provides me the absolute freedom to say whatever the hell I want without any kind of long term financial repercussions.

This account belongs to my wife and myself as a pair (our reviews are such as well).  We decided that she would have the primary name on the boards and I'd use the alias.  No ulterior motive, sorry.

just in case a hooker decides to read what I post and says hell no. I try to keep my mouth and my reviews separate so I cut down on being ignored/denied when making appts. :
