I am just curious I was thinking of buying my regular clients little X-mas gifts but was wondering what to buy that wouldn't have SO asking questions about it. I was thinking maybe a small bottle of cologne or something like that.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Giftcards are a good idea....especially to Starbucks or some other coffee joint...everyone drinks coffee

That is a very nice thought.
May I suggest a little extra time for your favorites, as coming home with a gift may be awkward for many guys

How about a small box of fine Swiss chocolate?  They can eat the evidence on the way home and it's more special than a giftcard.

The "more time" part is very nice and I've done this myself on special occasions. The gift card part also is a nice suggestion, because it often does not list the sender, and perhaps the S.O. could say someone from work gave it to him in an office gift exchange. Hopefully, wives don't check huband's wallets. Wink!

I think most guys would appreciate  ANY thoughtful gift from one of their favorites.  I was floored recently, when on my birthday, one of my ATFs  gave me a beautiful car coat.  The problem was, I couldn't accept it, as it is out of character for me to buy myself such a beautiful coat....even though the style and color were perfect for me.......I was FLOORED by the thought  that I would be given a gift like that.  I am the sort of fellow who usually does the giving,  and is hyper-responsible about everyone else........A year ago or so, a pal suggested hobbying as a way to "give myself something...."  also out of character, but private..........best suggestion I ever had in my life.........that's the reward for me !!!!!

we all have limited amounts of it given to each of us to live.  But time, combined with the feeling that I am the most important thing in this world during that time... is the greatest!  Thank you ladies for often making us feel that way!  Happy Holidays.

I always figured gifts would be a little hard to explain to the S.O. However, gift certificates to Starbuck's are great! In fact, I'm considering that for two of my girlfriend's boyfriends. How can you go wrong with Starbuck's?

You can't really send them home with more than memories. Something like a little extra time or a Christmas discount would probably be the greatest gift of all. It's personal to everyone that way.
