Joint physical and legal custody.

And, when the child is in the care of the EQUAL mother, it lives according to the standard of living that SHE can provide.

When it is in the care of the EQUAL father, it lives according to the standard of living that HE can provide.

This whole idea that all a woman needs to do to hit the lottery is get pregnant is a losing one for everyone.

hypothetical situation--provider gets pregnant but not sure who the father. can she legally require her clients to be tested to find out who the daddy is? if it were proven that you were the unlucky one can she sue for child support?

She can go to a lawyer and subpoena any man that she thinks might be the father of her child to submit to DNA testing.  The father can and most likely will be required to pay child support.
Of course, it would be very costly for her to do this unless she has some way of narrowing the possibilities or she is very low volume.

Of course, since you are not having unprotected sex with providers you would have nothing to worry about...

ARE the baby daddy. hahahahahaha

If you're implying that it would be OUR child, that would be blatantly false info.  Even with my genetic flaws, she could more than over compensate.  He is a cute little bugger though, don't ya think?  LOL

hahahahahahah you took the words right out of my mouth!!!

Why is it that everyone assumes the FATHER should not have shared/custody of a child? If women wish to be equal, having fought for many years there-for,then let them be equal. If the Law were interested in what's best for the child, why the hell wouldn't there be equal access to said child? It seems that society is Mandating that men to held to a rather HIGH traditional standard while the standard women are held to is whatever fricken standard she wishes to be held.

Sorry guys. A very sore issue for me.

There is split custody in Wisconsin where no one pays child support and both the parents split the child's expenses.  This works well when both parents keep their focus on the best interest of the child rather than each other.

If you're the daddy, get full custody and make her pay child support!

then you get NO support from the HO. Simple as that, or frankly if she is blowing the income on nose candy the results are typically the same.

Even District Court Roy Bean is going to give her a pass out of sympathy, since you make enough to cover all expenses. In that case file for full custody and take the kid away from the HO.

this has turned into a better/more interesting topic...than the Daddy Baby ;)

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but I didn't post this message. I haven't posted since I said so long. It's somebody fucking around. If you notice, they included a period after "yadayoda," so the forum reads it as a new name. Little Phil can verify.

I may decide to grace you all with my presence again one day, but 1) it's doubful, and 2) it certainly wouldn't be within 2 days of saying good bye.

Shouldn't it be covered by workmans comp as a occupational injury?

LOL I posted something similar when I first started hobbying.  Unless your a millionaire, I'm sure she is taking every precaution not to get pregnant.

Just make sure  the raincoat dispose of when finished.
