One of my longtime providers went with me to Las Vegas for a 3 night gig. We had come to a great financial and expectations agreement. Yet when we arrived, she proceeded to "work" outside our agreement. Suffice it to say, this sort of ruined things for me. As you can guess this eventually ruined a longtime thing we had....(7 years).
Another time a provider I had seen about 10 times agreed to go to Maui for a 3 nighter but at the last momemnt, the night before, renegged because she said she couldn't figure out a way to fool her boyfriend. She had a 1 month lead time too.
Another thing that bothers me is chiseling. A provider who I see every two weeks for 6 months for the same thing, same price started to try and raise the donation. I mean I know times are tough right now...but really, that's tacky!
Amazing how providers want regulars and then proceed to abuse the situation. You were taken for granted in all cases. They would never do what they did if they thought they would lose your business. The last one troubles me the most. She has been counting on you for months...if anything she should give you a discount for the steady income. The first one may have been mistaken about arrangement but after 7 years you and her should understand each other pretty well. Have you become too much of a friend, too nice to them while they see the arrangement as only business? I say this from experience and I learned alot from it. You have three experiences to help you put things in perspective.
When you get taken for granted, you have to do something to prove there are consequences for the actions they take. I cancelled taking my ATF to Vegas for Super Bowl weekend because I felt she was taking me for granted. I am sure she will probably end up with a better deal but if so, it won't be with me.
When I cancelled on her, I got a lot of attention. And I ended up with a better deal for a different trip and more of what I wanted in the first place. Would I liked to take her to Vegas, Sure. But backing down would have meant giving up control and I have to keep reminding myself who is paying who to be entertained.
I think if you point out to your friends in B/W how much you spend on them as a regular customer who they don't have to scramble to find, worry about bad activity, they should come to release what a valuable resource you as a steady customer are.
There may have been some communication breakdown or side effects of the dynamics of your long term relationship on your Vegas trip. If the lady who backed out of the trip is otherwise a good provider on home turf then keep her around for just that but keep your eye on her for she has already demonstrated her ethics and lack of common courtesy The Third lady mentioned should be dropped like a hot potato. She is showing you no respect or gratitude for your regular business and therefore doesn't deserve it.
Maybe you weren't clear beforehand on what was expected. When I take a provider out of town, we both agree on terms. My terms are real simple and they're stated in advance. No "working," Hotel phone used in moderation, She can have whatever private time she wants (usually 4-6 hrs/day). She has a choice; agree and travel, or not agree and stay home. My ATF is aware of what I want. Whatever you agree to, it should be discussed in advance..
As others have suggested all three seem to be taking you for granted. It is also possible that they have become complacent and bored. It happens but just as in any other business it is usually a big mistake. I would suggest that you stop seeing all three and find some new ladies. Some people don't realize what they have lost until it is gone. In time you may hear from some of these ladies and you can decide at that time if you have any interest in seeing them again.
