We have about 15 people going out for a Bachelor party and wanted to do something special for my friend.  The problem is that we can’t let the other attendees know something more erotic is going on.

We have had success in the backroom at flashers in the past, but the quality of the girls  and the service is very hit or miss.

Any ideas on how to have a wild party, but at the same time keep most of the guests from realizing how wild it really is?

First of all, make sure that the bachelor actually wants more action.  He may already be completly committed to his fiance, and it's possible that he could take offense or get angry that you are not respecting his relationship.  Another possiblity is that you may get him drunk enough (or he feels obligated to you) that he does something he wouldn't do sober.  While you may think you are doing something special for him, he may feel guilty for years to come.  Just make sure that he really wants more than just a dance before you spring the surprise on him.

With that said, your best bet would probably be to get him a hotel room - even if it's only going to be used for a couple of hours.  The lady can meet him there after the festivities (or better yet, before - so he's not too drunk).  None of the other guests need to know about it.  You can bring him home afterward, or just tell the finace that the two of you will be staying at a hotel so that he doesn't disrutpt her by coming home at an ungodly hour.

Have a separate, secret, party.  Go somewhere else before or after, but don't sneak around right in front of people who can't know.  Something like this is bound to be found out, and fuck up the guys life.
