Got nearly completely through writing a review, and it crashed! I'm wondering if I need to use a different browser!

What is it? What does it do? And, how do I get it?

I write them in Notepad, then copy and paste them in the browser. That's the best way to do it.

Try using word or similar software to write your review then copy and paste. It is also easier to proofread and correct mistakes. You don't have to save the review, just open both applications at the same time and close them out when done.

Another benefit is sometimes TER will not recognize writing a review as activity and going too long without activity will get your handle timed out. You don't usually discover that you have been timed out until you press the send button, by then everything is lost and you have to start from scratch.

You might be able to recover a lost review by using the back page on your browser.

I didn't think of that.  I've lost one by being timed out.  Good idea  Thanks.

Always write it in some word processor program first.  Then copy and paste it into the TER form.  that way you can keep a copy of what you wrote in case there are any questions later on.  And when you are writing it, save it every couple minutes, so that if anything does happen, at least some of it is saved on your computer.

Once you submit it there shouldn't be much time to get an answer.  Do you really want to leave your review with all it's juicy facts in two places where somebody else can read them?

That sounds like a waste of time if you have a good system and software.
