I read the following in a review and either I am way out in left field, or some others don't get it...

If the provider can cameltoe slide from the base of your balls to the area just before letting the wet pussy clit touch your cock hole, then all she's doing is just rubbin your cock skin, and no fluids exchanged internally.

If there is no visible evidence of infection on either party, the preponderance of what I have read (and on the STD subject this is quite a lot) suggest very low risk.  Lower risk than BBBJ for that matter, which I also consider to be very low risk (for the client anyway).
