The website is as legit as the women depicted on it.. Without more verifiable information on the women, it's hard to say.. Question one should be asking is how are you going to go about  verifying if the ladies on the website are legit or scams.  

 
Maybe you can try searching their reviews on TER and see if anything pulls up.  TER does have international footprint, albeit it's very small.
