Taking a poll - when it comes to a customer service issue ie not the girl in the ad, upselling, no show etc. which do you think will do a better job at resolving the issue; an agency or an independent?  In talking with young women now independent about their agency experiences, they don't have a lot of good things to say. Curious.

It seems there are more bad agencies than good.

Here in Las Vegas there are several agencies that are rip-offs to begin with. I highly doubt they are going to resolve anything since they have scammy practices to begin with.

On the other hand... there are a couple of legitimate agencies such as Haley Heston's Private Collection and 100Proof. I can't speak for 100Proof but I know Haley will take of / personally resolve any complaints.

Not that I've ever had any complaints with any lady from Haley's Agency to begin with...

I was lucky that when I was an escort in Montreal that i worked for a woman-run high end service. We girls were well treated, our clients carefully screened, and only the better hotels were catered to. Girls rarely had anything bad to say about them.

I've taken that mentality to a city - Toronto - where 90% of the agencies are run by human traffickers from China or Eastern Europe. The girls owe the gangs money for passage to Canada, and are treated worse than a 4-H steer.

By being different, by actually giving a damn about the well-being of the girls, I'm hoping to show people that agencies aren't pimps.

Being treated like cattle is dehumanizing in any industry and girls in the sex biz are especially susceptable. As I hobbiest I prefer female agencies or indies because chances are lady is happier and happier workers equals better service.
