how much of the fee does the average agency take from the provider ? just curious. also, if you hit it off with the provider can you go direct next time and avoid the agency?

Agency fee etc....

The agencies I'm familiar with get 40% of the donation and the provider gets 60%. I've heard on here that some do a 50/50 split.

Sure you can get the provider's info and just hook up with her directly if you want. Of course the agency won't be happy about it if they find out. They may then no longer allow you to schedule with them and they will likely sever ties with the lady. They might put the word out on you and you'll have trouble getting appointments with other agencies. They could do the same with her. Look at it as if you were the company. Would you want an employee and client to cut you out of your percentage.

I have no doubt this happens often. But there is a down side if it becomes known

I see a couple of agency girls

And they told me 40% and the girls has to pay 1/2 of the room. That seems kinda high for advertising and arranging but I guess the girls are ok with it.

Keep in mind that "arranging" involves screening.

And a lot of girls don't know how to screen or just don't want to. This is especially true if they speak little English, or are new to the business. The smart ones who also speak English often get started this way, then go indy.

Your cost is what the agency charges. Some guys do make it a habit of tipping . . .

agency ladies because they do not get all the donation. Obviously, your choice.

Fees and direct contact

It's very common to have a 40/60 split. Tips, obviously being pocketed quietly. Some agencies will do a 50/50, but oftentimes when it's a complete split like that they're sending girls out as much as they can in one shift in high volume.

As for asking to contact an agency provider outside of the agency: you can ask it but more than likely she will direct you to call the agency and set up time with her exclusively. This was a serious issue with an agency I worked with, as the clients liked me but didn't like the process ie agency owner/scheduler. If word gets out that a provider has in fact seen a client outside of her allotted shift, she'll be let go from the agency and the client blacklisted from the agency. Of course this isn't how all work, but what I've seen and experienced when working with an agency

Typically 60/40 split avoiding the agency and the consequences..

I find that you can't never underestimate the fact that the agencies keep you safe. If someone knows where you are at all times, chances of getting hurt are slim. If the girl decides to see the client on her own, she is taking a lot of risk, not only causing mistrust with the agency but also putting herself in a dangerous situation.

When I ran one, I only took a third BUT they got incall with that as well.

Try getting that from an agency today. For about 80 bucks these women had HOUSES in the best areas of town, a driver service, and security. Just sayin. If you're gonna try and be a pimp, be a P I M P!
