I can remember being a senior at a Houston High School.... and had to take a class with some of the sophomores...   and the girls in that class would wear micro skirts! lol!  drop my pencil?  you bet!  so now we have switched to the top! sheese... these people have way too much time on their hands.... worry about what is in their science book, their history book, English book and speech book.... that would actually take care of the problem - and not focus on the "window dressing!"

And their stupendous ignorance is usually matched only by their hypocrisy--look for a story about Ms. Wade in the next few months where it turns out she was running a meth lab, fucking half the local police force or stealing from the PTA fund.

it keeps the pedophile teachers within their limits of teaching rather than trying to get laid. Heck teenagers will find a way to get theirs and believe me, a little T&A through some peephole is not on the menu. Kids today are going straight for it and there seems to be nothing or little than any law will slow it down. Check the teenage stats for incidence at public health clinics. They are not going there for flu shots.
