"Hookers in the US are by definition criminals"...

this is 100% true. prostitution is illegal, therefore it is a crime. if you commit a crime, you are a criminal. this is a very factual statement. doesn't mean they are bad people, but they ARE criminals...

"Hobbyists in the US are abusive thieves"

you example showed ONE PERSON, which does not cover everyone. I see what you were trying to prove, but you did so very poorly.

if you wanted to call bs on the post, all you had to say was that the person paying the hooker is by definition a criminal too

Resurrecting a deserted username for this, but I've been on TER on & off for over a decade. I don't hobby anymore, but still have friends and scars. I'm posting now because I keep seeing the same old discussions and advice, over and over. Some old timers point out when the stuff has been discussed before, but then even those pointers get lost, and sure enough the same thing comes up again. And loads of people have told me through the years that I should write a book, given all the crazy shit I've done and seen. Instead, I'd like to illustrate with some short stories exactly why the advice often given on these boards is important. Hopefully some of you young whelps will remember my misadventures and avoid the same fate.

So here's the first one. Maybe not the dumbest or most expensive of my adventures, but makes some good points...

I was in Atlanta on business. Got an itch after dinner with business associates. Looked up someone who was recommended to me by a girl in my home town, but she was busy. So I pulled up eros. You can trust eros, right? (wrong)  Lucky me I saw this totally hot woman visiting the area and called her up. She asked where I was, said she could be there in about an hour. Easy! Itch soon to be scratched...

Lesson #1: Be suspicious when it's too easy.

About an hour later, she showed up. She was not the same girl in the pictures. Sort of similar, but not really.

Lesson #2: Fake pics are a sign of a crook. Warning warning warning! Do not continue with any girl who has already shown that she is dishonest.

But I was horny, so I let her in. Gave her the money. She asked what I wanted. I told her. She looks at me sort of sadly and says: "Oh honey, that costs... [more than I had already given her]".  Crap.

Lesson #3: The upsell is not cool. Do not fall for it.

But hey, I was horny (did I say that?), and in for a penny in for a pound and all that, so off I went to the ATM machine in the lobby.

Lesson #4: NEVER leave her alone in your room. Hookers in the U.S. are by definition criminals. Do you leave criminals alone with your stuff anywhere else?

I came back, and gave her the extra money. In return, she gave me a semi-crappy handjob and suddenly had to go.  So she left, carrying her enormous dumb hooker purse.

...which I later discovered had my labptop computer in it. I had the sense to grab my wallet and phone when I went to the lobby, and my laptop was put away in a drawer, but she was obviously watching when I got my wallet from that drawer. She never answered her phone again, and checking showed it was a throwaway number. Oh well. At least I jizzed.

LEARN FROM THIS. LISTEN TO THE ADVICE HERE. 1) Use well-reviewed providers. 2) Screening is good for everybody. 3) Fake pics and upsells and other shit are NOT acceptable -- Back out immediately if they happen. 4) Think! Always think!

I've had many other misadventures...  They involve love, money, (lots of) desperation, and the perils of using dog & cat flea powder against crabs (don't!).  If all you remember in this hobby is to not be like me, you'll be fine. In the mean time, feel free to share your own educational misadventures.

"Hookers in the U.S. are by definition criminals."

A very broad brush stroke if ever there was one.

Here's another story; hooker screens hobbyist, thinks everything is okay and then hobbyist shows up and beats hooker and takes all her money.

"Hobbyists in the US are abusive thieves"

Shit happens on both sides of the fence.

Still love the "dumb hooker purse" aspect to his story  LOL

Nope...a dumb fuck john...and yea, they're by definition criminals as well  ;)

Glad this dude decided to use his alias to tell a story that is quite familiar.  But it was his way of getting his misogyny into play.  Maybe he'll man up and use his old handle for his next great adventure?

nope. not at all. NEVER did I say anything negative about calling bs on the OP, I just said it was done in a way that didn't prove a point, because the statement he made about hookers being criminals IS a fact, while the counter punch of all hobbyists being abusive is at very best an inaccurate generalization based on 1% of all hobbyists. I simply said there was a better way to call the OP on the bs...

MAYBE READING MY ENTIRE POST WAS TOO MUCH FOR YOU??

Nice try though  LOL

wrong again, but whatever you say bro. we will let someone from the shit hole that is Chicago win something every once in a while

And to have two teams that will combine for 200 losses...how many other towns can crow that shit?

But the Blackhawks did make the town proud...when does the season start again?

lmao. bulls might do something if LeBron ever breaks his neck. white sox, maybe, cubs....god bless those poor fans

A friend's SO provides there.  She is not, by definition, a criminal.

An act is a crime only if it is specified as such by statute. The governing body that promulgates the statute also specifies the elements that must be present to establish the crime and the means to prove those elements.  So to be, by definition, a criminal, one must be adjudicated to have violated a statute. Therefore, only those convicted of prostitution are, by definition, criminals. All others enjoy the presumption of innocence, which, by definition, makes them not criminals.

I took it as the nature of a hooker, her inner being was called a criminal, not just the fact that she is engaging in illegal activity as is a john.

In addition I felt that the OP was referring to hookers as dishonest people period. Okay in the case of the one who stole his lap top yes, but all no!

Dumb...not so dumb  LOL

her big dumb hooker purse relieved him of his laptop, a not so dumb hooker purse.

But what do I know. As far as this joker is concerned I am a criminal because I am a hooker in the US.

Had to serve some time for stupidity?

But it's only a parole situation...perhaps his parole officer read the OP and will pick him back up to serve the rest of the stupidity sentence in solitary?

is pale to the histrionic adventures of BSD!
1) Drugged and robbed in hotel by the "lady"
2) Fire alarm goes off.
3) Ex ms dude calls,
4) ex ms Dude shows up!
5) Take escort to stirp club, get lapdance for escort (Actually a pornstar) and stripper asks me out.
6) Lost keys before seeing escort, have to call and cancel - she says, stay there I'll come and get you!  She does.
7) Fly 3/4 the way across the country to see a specific escort - it was spectacular - she forgets dress in the room! lol and has to come back.
8) Have an escort DEMAND anal... not into that but... she demanded it.
9) Was the first one  for more than one escort.
10) was so nervous with one escort, I threw up just being in her presence!  (Again, worth it...)

You too are a criminal, BTW, if you are seeing them. And above and beyond - a hypocrite..

You were stupid to trust someone who you had never seen before, and it could be said about anyone - not just hookers. But doesn't mean that you can't trust someone just because she is a provider.

"Trusting someone is a process..." Include that somewhere in your book....

Now,

LMAO. So, well reviewed providers are NOT criminals? Bitch, you better hide your flat screen lol. Just saying. We steal the good shit bwahahhaha.

 Now,

Since it's now been agreed that both hookers and johns are known criminals....I am sure I can arrange for a 55 footer (pun intended) to drive us there...and home  LOL

  Now,

Can I borrow that bitch in like 4 weeks to move? Thanks.

Its developed over time.  The OP's binary world view is quite disturbing.

Oh my flat screen TV. Yes you can take it, if you can carry it out of my house.  I need a new TV anyway...:D

Now don't y'all touch my new Android smart phone..

As you can see, this place hasn't gotten any more congenial with the passage of time.  No idea who you are or were, but next time suggest you bring your "A" game.  Hope this wasn't it, LOL!

I'm guessing the inet was not well defined before he went away  :D

Sure hope the "new" adventures are better than this.  Nah...he'll cry to TER and ask for a new alias  LOL

was ever mentioned as far as I know; and so there is some value there.  (Gals, don't let a client alone either, for that matter - we'll always be looking to get back that laptop we just lost on our last date. 8o)

In any case, welcome back, and watch your Ps and Qs.

Thinking with "little head" last summer"..............looked at her reviews ( several NCNS's ).....kept looking at her HOT pics..........the pics won out.
As you may guess....NCNS. ( yes, I learned my lesson )

I'm guessing she showed up...you didn't have any money and wanted to barter for your web skills?

Or did you want to do some screening for her?

He brings a copy of these autographed comic books...better than money.

But the hookers don't agree...go figure  ;)

I am not sure why #4 is objectionable to some because providers are committing a crime and so are we by soliciting them. I wouldn't leave a stranger/provider alone and my pants and wallet are in short reach when I take a shower, but I have been comfortable with enough providers to have trust in some of them.

This is the better of your 3 TER posts, and maybe you should come around more often. Some of the threads this week have been nauseating as hell, so I welcome you back.

Yeah I know we could have read between the lines but when something is so one sided, it begs to be exposed all the way. The rest of his diatribe is true.

Panthera121001 reads

Every time someone calls me "P" I think of a dirty beach somewhere in NJ.

Yeah, it was somewhat one sided, but it was intended for hobbyists not providers and was somewhat broad

"Hookers in the U.S. are not all criminals, the girls don't have it so easy either, I've known many girls I could trust..." Yea yea blah blah blah.

In countries where prostitution is legal, a client (or prostitute) that is the victim of a crime can simply call the police. If the above described incident had happened in one of those countries, that's exactly what I would have done.

However, since in this case I had (as many have pointed out) also committed a crime, calling the police would be stupid. I had no recourse. She could rip me off and there was not much I could do and she knew it.

So... just like you would in any other relatively lawless situation: Be careful.

That's all.

And back up your data ;)
