I'm not including me, but I think their would be an increase in rape cases if men didn't have this kind of outlet. Some guys can't live w/o the release with a woman and aren't the best ppl to begin with so I think it would lead to bad things....but thats just my thoughts on it.

It's effect on society would be very negative. The hobby has existed in virtually every civilized society since civilization was invented and probably before that as well. There have been times throughout history that the hobby was tacitly approved of and even supported by governing and religious bodies. The beneficial nature of the hobby is just about the worst kept secret ever...it's a wonder it is still illegal in many countries.

The true banishment of prostitution would be an stimulus package for Silicon Valley.  The development of love dolls to the next level is long overdue, and would surely be the next tech frontier.  Combining the best elements of the Roomba and the Fleshlight, it would put the US at the front of economic development once again!

and I think my sex drive would increase. I'd be able to have sex  with people to whom I am attracted both physically and emotionally. I'd be better able to choose when, where, how I want to be intimate. Also, no more suffering through those awful sessions that we all get at some point. After some of those, I am too drained to get off the couch...I don't even want to think about having more sex.  

Even though I come fairly often with my clients, I wouldn't say that I get sexual fulfillment from this lifestyle. I almost consider my orgasm as part of the performance; sometimes I think of other stuff to get myself off. It's not anywhere near as satisfying, on any level, as sex I've had outside the hobby.
