I'm a new hobbyist and new to this board.  I have a couple questions that I'd like to ask the more experienced.

1.  Where can I get a list of what all the acronyms mean? People
are always talking DFK, DATY, BBJB and I don't have clue what they're talking about.

2.  I've sort of made it a policy recently to only visit providers who have been reviewed but that leaves a very large garden of goodies left unexplored.  I'm always disappointed when a provider bumps the fee after I've arrived and I'm not sure how to handle it politely when the provider is clearly not the person in the photograph.

If those of you more experienced than me could give me a few tips about those questions I'd be grateful.
