Had an experience with a porn star recently jsut for the heck of it, not for bragging rights, a bit disappointing that I paid 5 times of what I usually do for almost exactly the same service.

I am staying with my down to earth regular providers for now. for the amount of $$$ wish I can write them as rip-offs j/k.

and on that note, I have seen gorgeous women with great service and yet charge less than others not so good looking ones who charges more. so pricing in this market is not (hard to) well regulated.

JS, your post once again proves, that just because you pay more, doesn't mean you get more.
In a free market, ladies can charge whatever they like, it's up to the client to figure out if it's going to be worth the $.

Thanks for the post.  I recently started hobbying and have been debating spending the extra money for a porn star.  So far I haven't because for the money I can get several sessions with girls I've already met and really liked.

Someday I'll try it just for the experience, but right now I can't justify the added cost.

I agree that seeing a pornstar just to see a pornstar is not worth the money, but on the other side, if there is a particular PS or playmate that you are crazy about meeting or just think is amazingly beautiful, do it. I think the higher priced providors like that are worth it if you are fulfilling a fantasy or dream. I just very recently saw an UTR playmate that I had been wanting meet for a long time and paid a premium for it, but it was very worth it. The service really was pretty close to regular priced providors, but she was worth it to me for the fantasy and for how gorgeous I think she is. Otherwise I agree with you. To each his own though.

how much better does it get going from a $400 F/S GFE to a $2000 pornstar?  There are just way too many good providers, many of which will do more that the pornstars, for me to even bother.  If I win the lottery, I'll try one just to see.  Other than that, I have no interest what so ever.
I know, there are some high rollers that love them.  That's cool, and I have no issue with them if that's what turns them on.  I just can't see it.  Four dates with a great GFE will satisfy my desires more that one date with a PS.  JMO

I don't want anyone to think I am calling any woman "generic" but the basic premise is the same. A porn star is a nationally known name brand and you pay more for that name to get the same thing you get with a locally known lady who would be the "generic" in this simile.

There are people who will only buy Bayer and then others who will get the store brand of aspirin, even though they are the same thing.
