if a provider had a 40' + sailboat would you feel comfortable seeing her there? Yes or No?

You can hoist and lower the sheets, drop anchor, check out below decks...and probably come up other nauti ideas.

for those of you who want to do more then fucking and sucking, would you feel comfortable doing a half day or overnight sail with her and the captan who would be needed to sail the boat? or would you just want to meet her there alone.

I used to meet GF on her 40' boat & it's successor 32' boat (though both were power).  My runabout anchored in a cove on the pond...  stay below the gunwales.

I couldn't do her when ever I float.  When it comes to water, I turn green, and I don't mean eggs and ham I am.

Sure, but there would be no captain. Not on a little 40' sailboat. I would sail it myself.
