You are correct . It will take a lot of 10/10 reviews to move the needle . Had you done like many other providers when they matured and expanded their menus and rebranded you would be well into the upper rankings nation wide rather then just top of the charts in San Diego. I do read my reviews, and occasionally I’ll reach out with a thank-you message when someone takes the time to write something thoughtful. I also report fake reviews lol
