Ladies and gentlemen, To all and in particular the ladies.(read carefully and between the lines to understand.)  This is a community service message.
Ususlly, there are no posts by this writer. The reasons should become clear.  Let me be absolutely clear. Of course, safety is absolutely the most important thing. Anyone who would have it any other way is an idiot. But, I cannot understand why anyone would leave an electronic trial by the use or overuse of e-mails, texting and the like.  In my technologicly challanged mind, I wonder why anyone would believe these practices lead to protection. Does anyone realize that electronic trails will lead people in certain professions directly to the sender as well as the reciever and others?  In my humble opinion, error and a false sense of security is the result.  Don't people know there are certain organizations, far smarter than this writer, that will misunderstand someones desire for a peaceful therapy sesion between 2 people before they have return to the rat race of their miserable lives and relationships? (By the way, the rats have won) Screening, absolutely, but a trail never. Dont people know that there are some sneaky, underhanded, dishonest people learking about who will read and twist these innocent communications in order to incorrectly show that there was a different purpose?  My friends. that is when the heartache realy begins. If anyone has an ear then listen up! Back in action maybe but protecting the innocent.
Some people have failed this screening process for security reasons.  If people offering this gentle companionship care to use such a dangerous nethod, so be it.  But, not this reporter
always.  (possibly more later)
Thanks

Sounds like someone is leaving the hobby.  Really, I had a time understanding what you are really getting at...other than you don't want to email, phone or use any electronic device.

Paranoia is not necessarily a bad thing..but good luck in this game getting around these issues.

Who is leaving? I certainly hope you are not jumping to conclusions.  The ambiguity was intentional.  You should have understood that if you were paying attention.   With a little imagination you should have understood what it means to read between the lines.
Than your for your good luck wishes but luck has nothing to do with my public service announcement.
Just tryiing to help. but I suppose you know best.  Therefore, no further comments on this subject will be submitted.
By the way, smoke sgnals are not such a bad idea.

Clarity in your post seems to be lacking for me. I'm going to attempt to paraphrase, so let me know if I got this wrong.

Is this what you're saying?

1. Ladies should screen.
2. Ladies should not rely on screening as a 100% safety guarantee.
3. Gentlemen should not be screened through a text (email, PM, etc.) medium because that leaves a trail which can be followed/exploited by LE or other nefarious characters.

#1 & #2 I absolutely agree with, #3 I'd like to know why you think this is such a commonplace occurrence that we should all only screen by phone or ... whatever else you have in mind. Did you personally have a bad experience with your email being hacked, or a lady you met with having her email compromised? As far as I know, that's quite rare, if you have a good password and practice "safer Internet" with antiviral programs, not falling for phishing scams, and not leaving your laptop open and accessible.

1) Phones.  If you have an anonymous "burn" phone you have no vulerabilty there.
2) Computers.  If your computer has a code known only to you, no one else can pull info from it.  Yes, if your data is in servers the info's available, too, but...
3)  As has been said many times on this board, LE has more important things to do than chase individual hobbyists around.  So if you use only well-reviewed indy providers you'll be pretty safe.  Agencies are another matter if they're busted and have kept your info
4) If you want a risk-free hobby, try knitting.
